We also provide remote support, fixing any issues you might have with your devices or installing or upgrading your software.
If you live within a catchment area you can also request home visits for hardware services or any other service not possible over the internet. If you’re not in a catchment area or don’t require home visits, those hours may be exchanged instead for online ones.
